Woman dies after being shot on Capitol grounds: report

An unidentified woman died on Wednesday after being shot on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol complex, according to a report from NBC News. She was shot in the chest, according to CNN, as hundreds of President Donald Trump’s supporters stormed the Capitol building. She was among the people who had been protesting in support of Trump, said Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar of Texas in a C-SPAN interview.
