Utilizing SYDEL’s local market knowledge and operational capabilities, the joint venture will explore potential opportunities for Dusit Hotels and Resorts. The portfolio features nine brands, ranging from budget-friendly lifestyle hotels to upscale full-service resorts.

Potential brands to be introduced in France include Dusit Thani (Bespoke Luxury), Devarana – Dusit Retreats (Wellness Luxury), Dusit Collection (Character Luxury), Dusit Hotels (Upper Upscale), dusitD2 (Lifestyle Upscale), Dusit Princess (Upper Midscale), ASAI Hotels (Lifestyle Midscale), and Dusit Suites (Lifestyle Long Stay).

In partnership, Dusit and SYDEL will pinpoint prime locations, support asset owners in repositioning efforts, and introduce innovative hotel concepts focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences, enhancing well-being, and fostering sustainable long-term value.

The collaboration was officially announced at an exclusive signing event on 10 July 2025 in Paris. During the ceremony, Mr Gilles Cretallaz, Chief Operating Officer of Dusit International, shared the vision for Dusit France along with the group’s growth strategy in the area.
