Cardano Integrates Scorechain: What’s in Store for ADA Prices?

Cardano has been incorporated into Scorechain’s compliance and investigation platform.

Overview

  • Scorechain now offers compliance assistance for Cardano’s ADA, native tokens, risk assessments, investigations, and transaction monitoring.
  • After the announcement, ADA stabilized around $0.25, reflecting a mild short-term reaction from traders.
  • Whales accumulated more than 10 million ADA, while the number of Cardano holders reportedly exceeded 4.5 million accounts.

This update boosts the support for ADA and Cardano’s native tokens regarding risk assessments, entity attribution, and transaction monitoring. Scorechain indicates that users can now manage, analyze, and investigate Cardano transactions alongside those from other prominent blockchains.

The integration is tailored for exchanges, custodians, financial platforms, and teams functioning across various networks.

Scorechain highlighted that the integration accommodates Cardano’s UTXO transaction model, enabling value transfer through multiple inputs and outputs in one transaction, distinguishing it from account-based chains.

The company clarified that its analytics are designed for this model, facilitating enhanced risk assessments, entity attribution, and fund tracing for Cardano transactions, ensuring more reliable data throughout compliance workflows.

Minimal response in Cardano (ADA) price

Post-announcement, Cardano (ADA) was trading around $0.25, with a 24-hour trading volume of $380.25 million. The token experienced a slight dip of 0.02% in the last day but rose by 0.38% in the past week.

With a market cap of $9.19 billion and a circulating supply of 37 billion ADA, the tepid price movement suggests that the market has not seen a substantial short-term response to the Scorechain integration.

Earlier in the month, crypto analyst Ali Martinez reported that whales acquired over 10 million ADA within 72 hours. Such large wallet accumulations often draw trader interest, as they may indicate renewed involvement from influential market participants.

Furthermore, TapTools noted that Cardano’s holder count has surpassed 4.5 million, according to Token Terminal data. This rise in holders signifies increased activity as Cardano aims to expand its compliance, native tokens, and partner-chain development.

Midnight initiatives continue to shape Cardano’s growth narrative

In related developments, crypto.news reported that Charles Hoskinson remarked that success for the Midnight project’s NIGHT token could set the stage for more partner chains on Cardano. He also hinted at potential additional airdrops for ADA holders.

The report states that Hoskinson aspires for Cardano to support one new partner chain each year, aiming to attract more users to the platform and elevate Cardano’s activity level.

Scorechain’s CEO and co-founder, Pierre Gérard, stated, “Cardano plays an essential role in the digital asset ecosystem.” Pierre Kaklamanos from the Cardano Foundation added,

“The future of finance is multi-chain, and compliance infrastructure is how blockchains earn institutional trust.”
